Postage costs are automatically calculated and applied at check-out.
We use 100% home-compostable satchels, or for larger orders that exceed satchel capacity (by bulk or weight) we may use boxes or tough paper bags instead. We're also part of the noissue Packaging Alliance, which means that a portion of the costs of the eco-friendly packaging materials we buy goes towards the noissue reforestation program.
We use Australia Post or Sendle to deliver our goods - whichever is the current faster option (based on estimated delivery date). Sendle is a certified B Corporation and provides a 100% carbon-neutral postal and shipping service. Australia Post provides a carbon-neutral delivery service for parcels sent using their MyPost Business platform.

As soon as we've sent your item off, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or after 3pm on a weekday may not be processed until the next business day.
You can get an ETA on delivery via the tracking number. Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas or to W.A. usually take extra time. Please note, delivery may be delayed due to the COVID-19 situation.
The Good Party Co. is not responsible for any delays due to the courier service, however if you experience any issues, let us know and we'll follow it up for you.
Authority to leave
Parcels are sent with an automatically assigned Authority to Leave, which means that the driver will leave your parcel in a secure-as-possible place if you're not home to receive the goods in person. The benefit of delivering parcels with Authority to Leave is that the parcel will almost always be delivered on the first attempt. This means you won’t have to organise a redelivery or collect the parcel from a local collection point.
If the driver wasn’t able to deliver your parcel due to there being no-where deemed secure to leave it, they will leave a note with instructions so you can request a redelivery. If it’s not booked for re-delivery within five days, the parcel may be returned to us, in which case we would contact you to re-arrange delivery.
