Our Returns Policy is valid for 14 days after the delivery of your purchase. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to arrange a return and refund, if eligible.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be posted back within 14 days after you received it. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item; return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved (based on reasonable dissatisfaction with the product), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days or possibly weeks before your refund is officially processed by your bank.  


Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
