Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy shopping at The Good Party Co! If you've purchased something from us that you're not entirely happy with, let us know via our Contact page or by emailing us at info@thegoodpartyco.com.au, and we'll do our best to organise an exchange, credit note or refund for you.

Refunds

  • To arrange a refund, please contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. 
  • Returned items must be in original and new condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging.
  • No refunds on sale items.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable. (Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.)
  • We recommend you use registered or trackable postage when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • When a refund is processed, a credit will be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days or more before your refund is officially processed by your bank.  

Exchanges / Credit notes

  • To arrange an exchange or credit note, please contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale. Please make your new purchase online, and return the original item for a refund. Please refer to 'Refunds' notes above.
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Out of stock

We endeavour to ensure that stock numbers are correct and up-to-date. In the exceptional case that a purchased item is actually unavailable, we would notify you as soon as possible to offer you a refund, or a best alternative. (We are frequently re-stocking so would most likely be able to fulfil your order within a short lead time if you were able to wait.)
